Service Description: The layers support Maryland Department of Natural Resources (MDDNR) leadership and planners as they endeavor to mitigate or prevent the impacts of sea level change resulting from land surface subsidence and rising sea levels. These product uses sea-level projections and expected flood heights to forecast stillwater elevations along Somerset County's Deal Island Neck for the 2015 scenarios - both Mean Sea Level and Mean High High Water during a non-event, 10% annual chance and 1% annual chance flood.
